SMCC Parent Referral Program Terms and Condition

Welcome to the SMCC Parent Referral Program! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMCC Parent Referral Program (“Program”) offered by Singapore Math Classes & Camps (SMCC) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

1.1 To participate in the Program, you must be a current parent or guardian of a child enrolled in SMCC tutoring services.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.

2. How the Program Works

2.1 To refer a new customer, you must provide the referral with a unique referral code or link provided by SMCC.
2.2 The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously signed up for any SMCC tutoring services.
2.3 The referred customer must successfully enroll and pay for a minimum of one month of SMCC tutoring services for you to qualify for the referral reward.
2.4 Only one referral reward will be given per new customer, regardless of the number of enrollments or services they sign up for.

3. Referral Reward

3.1 For each new customer you refer who meets the requirements outlined in Section 2, you will earn a cash credit (“Referral Reward”) of:

Tier 1: Refer 1-10 Parents and Earn $30/New Customer
Tier 2: Refer 11-20 Parents and Earn $35/New Customer
Tier 3: Refer 21-30 Parents and Earn $40/New Customer
Tier 4: Refer 31-40 Parents and Earn $45/New Customer
Tier 5: Refer 41-50 Parents and Earn $50/New Customer
Tier 6: Refer 51-60 Parents and Earn $55/New Customer

Once you’ve reached the 60 parent referral maximum, the tier system earnings reset and start from Tier 1 again.

3.2 The Referral Reward will be applied as a credit toward your own child’s SMCC tutoring tuition.
3.3 The Referral Reward is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Applying the Referral Reward

4.1 The Referral Reward will be applied to your account within 30 days of the referred customer’s successful enrollment and payment.
4.2 You will be notified via email once the Referral Reward has been applied to your account.
4.3 The Referral Reward can be used toward any future tuition payments for your child’s tutoring services at SMCC.

5. Limitations

5.1 You may not refer yourself or your own child as a new customer.
5.2 Referrals must be made in good faith and with the intention of introducing new customers to SMCC.
5.3 Any attempt to abuse the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any Referral Rewards.

6. Modifications and Termination

6.1 SMCC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
6.2 If the Program is terminated, any Referral Rewards earned prior to termination will still be honored in accordance with these Terms.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SMCC regarding your participation in the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

What is the SMCC Parent Referral Program?

The SMCC Parent Referral Program is an initiative that allows current parents or guardians of SMCC students to earn rewards by referring new customers to our tutoring services. When a referred parent enrolls their child in our tutoring program, the referring parent earns a cash credit toward their own child’s tuition.

How do I refer another parent to SMCC? 

To refer another parent, simply provide them with your unique referral code or link, which can be obtained from your SMCC account or by contacting our support team. The referred parent must use this code or link when enrolling their child in SMCC services.

Who qualifies as a new customer?

A new customer is defined as a parent who has never previously enrolled their child in any SMCC tutoring services. Only first-time enrollments are eligible for the referral reward. 

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more new customers you refer, the more rewards you can earn.

How do I track my referrals and rewards?

You can track your referrals and earned rewards via email updates. For now our support team will send you email notifications when a referral reward is applied to your account and when you will be eligible to redeem your rewards.

Can I refer more than one child from the same family?

No, you will only receive one referral reward per new customer family, regardless of the number of children they enroll.

What happens if the referred customer cancels their enrollment?

If the referred customer cancels their enrollment before completing the minimum required period (one month), the referral reward will not be issued.

How do I access the digital flyers to help promote the math tutoring program?

You can access digital flyers and other promotional materials through the SMCC Referral Toolkit, which will be made available to you after you sign up for the program. If for any reason you are not given access, please request it from our support team at [email protected].

How much is the referral reward?

For each successful referral, you will earn a cash credit of between $30-$100 depending on which tier level you qualify for based on your accumulated number of referrals. See the Rewards section for a detailed breakdown of the rewards structure. The cash credits will be applied to your child’s future tuition payments at SMCC. 

When will I receive my referral reward?

The referral reward will be applied to your account within 30 days after the referred customer successfully enrolls and pays for at least one month of tutoring services.

Can I earn multiple rewards for referring multiple new customers?

Yes, you can earn a referral reward for each new customer you refer who meets the program requirements. However, each referred customer must be a new and unique customer.

How can I use my referral reward?

Your referral reward will be applied as a credit to your SMCC account and can be used toward any future tuition payments for your child’s tutoring services.

Can I transfer my referral rewards to another parent or redeem them for cash?

No, referral rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be applied as a credit toward your child’s future tuition payments at SMCC.
